I started this Billy Fox project not too long ago after working on a whole range of projects for many years. The nature of Billy Fox was quite different to anything I was doing, for a number of reasons. Set Go is a sign that I had found my place and was ready to let it go. I was and am ready and willing to let the world hear what I have to say. In that sense I would love this song to relate to anyone in that position; someone who has gone through transition and found their feet, and prepared to move ahead with no inhibitions. This is why there are different ‘movements’ in this composition- this will be a whole new journey in itself with different layers and sections to build upon.
